Canby School District is in the process of implementing a new student information system, Edupoint's Synergy. Access to the StudentVue and ParentVue components of the product (which have replaced the previous eSIS versions, called student Assistant and Parent Assistant) will be available to students and parents after school conferences in October. Until then, students and parents will not be able to access information online from our student information system including demographics, schedules, attendance, and grades.

Accounts for StudentVue and ParentVue will be generated this week. StudentVue letters will be emailed to school student Google App accounts by October 16th and ParentVue letters will be available at conferences. Parents that are unable to attend conferences will have theirs sent in the mail along with progress reports. If students are needing Google App login information they will need to get them at the school's Tech department. Each letter received will include a website along with an activation code that will need to be entered to get the account started. See attachment below for details

Parents, to ensure we have the most up to date information in our system, please double check all information on the Student Verification Report and the Emergency Contact form for each student when you receive them from your school(s).

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to have all services ready for staff, students and parents as soon as possible. For more information and ongoing progress of the project, please continue to visit our district web site as we will post our ongoing progress here.

If you still have questions or are needing assistance with your activation or login information please email Susie McMullin at mcmullis@canby.k12.or.us or call at 503-263-7246.
