Parent Assistant usernames and passwords will not be automatically reset this year. Students will receive their account information at the end of September. Parent usernames and passwords will be handed out at fall conferences the week of October 22nd. Photo ID will be required to receive your account information."
Parent Assistant is designed to provide grades 7 through 12 parents with secure access to information regarding their student(s) attendance, grades, demographic information, view class assignments, and credits. Grades K-6 parents have access to view attendance, student demographic information and make changes to basic student information when necessary.
All middle and high school students may receive their own logins to view grades, attendance, demographics, credits, and class assignments without the access to change demographic information. Students have already received their login through their homeroom or in their advisory class. If students need a reminder or new login, they need to see Susie McMullin at the Tech Desk located in the CHS Library to request it.
Individual secure accounts are provided to ensure confidentiality of the information provided. Accounts may be requested by parents using the online request form link below, whether it would be a new account, a separate parent login request, or simply resetting the password.
